What is included in a Deep Clean?

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies and equipment for my cleaning appointment?
Serene Maids crews always bring their own professional-grade equipment and cleaning supplies. If you live in a city where parking is an issue (Hoboken, NYC, etc), we ask that you provide the vacuum.
Does Serene Maids offer green, sustainable cleaning options?
If you prefer your professional cleaning crew use green cleaning products, just put that information in your request. We offer a variety of sustainable, earth-friendly products for your home.
How do I start getting services with Serene Maids?
Are the cleaning teams from Serene Maids trustworthy?
We use a detailed, nationwide background check to screen every applicant before hire. Approximately 10% of people who apply to work for Serene Maids make it throughout strenuous series of checks, pre-tests and training.
What should I do if there are problems with my cleaning services?
In the unlikely event there is a problem with your cleaning service, contact us immediately. We will come to your home and resolve the issue immediately. Our mission is to guarantee the best possible home cleaning experience.
How does Serene Maids ensure the security of my billing and payment information?
Serene Maids incorporates three levels of security to keep your billing and payment information secure. Our website booking page uses extended SSL validation, and our booking form has a second layer of security. We do not store credit card numbers in our system beyond a token needed to charge the card. We take information security as seriously as you do.
Does Serene Maids offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Absolutely. If you are not 200% happy with your cleaning service, notify us within seven days. We will come re-clean your home free of charge.
PRICING AND POLICES
What is the cost for cleaning services through Serene Maids?
Serene Maids services are based on home size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms. This result in a flat rate, so customers always know the price before their appointments.
Does Serene Maids offer discount for recurring services?
Yes! We have a wonderful discount program. We offer a 20% discount for weekly cleaning, 15% discount for bi-weekly cleaning and 10% discount for monthly cleaning. Please note that discount is applied on the 2nd cleaning. In addition, every 5th cleaning is half price.
Does Serene Maids offer cleaning by the hour?
Yes, we do. If you need someone to clean on a by-the-hour basis, we charge $35 per hour. Serene Maids requires a minimum booking time of two hours for this service.
What is your cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be made before 5pm of the evening prior to your scheduled appointment or you will incus a $50 CANCELLATION FEE.
Do Serene Maids move furniture around?
At this time we not move heavy furniture. You are welcome to move the furniture and our Maids will gladly clean around it for you.
